What types of IT Service contracts we offer?

Well, as the IT support industry in the UK and especially in London is so vast and businesses today must keep up with the ever growing technology and technological progress - you can most likely say that UK IT Service covers all types of IT support service or IT support maintenance contract, but most of our service contracts fall in to two main categories:

Monthly Support per Computer/Server:

In this support option you will pay a flat fee for each server/ computer/ laptop you have in your business for a calendar month. This flat fee may cover you for a variety of support services for your IT equipment - from remote IT support to onsite IT support and various options of monitoring and proactive / preventive support. This support option comes in a variety of options for you to choose from but each option will be specifically designed for your business IT needs. The Monthly Support per Computer/Server option is usually better for medium size to large size organisations that have an expert in-house IT support function but still need an extra support functionality that will provide 3rd and 4th line of support.

Hourly Rate Support Contract:

In this support option, you may pay for a bank of support hours; this can be remote support hours, onsite support hours or combination of both. You will be then be able to utilise these hours as you may need, for example if you have 10 onsite support hours and 5 hours of remote support every month to your disposal, you can schedule an on-site engineer visit twice a month for four hours each time and you will still have two on-site support hours left for emergencies. The Hourly Rate Support Contract is usually best for small size businesses that do not have an expert in-house IT support function and need a combination of onsite support visits and remote assistance for urgent IT issues.
